Which cities do you deliver to?
We deliver to the whole country.
How long does the delivery take?
Delivery does not take more than 4 working days if you chose home delivery or delivery to a DExpress address. If delivery via parcel lockers is selected, the delivery can take up to 6 working days in case paketomat you selected is full on the delivery day. The package will then automatically be rescheduled for the next working day.
Orders for home delivery confirmed by 16:00 will be shipped the same day, and after 16:00, the next working day.
Orders for delivery to DExpress parcel lockers and package shops confirmed by 15:00 will be shipped the same day, and after 15:00, the next working day.
In some cases, the delivery time depends on the courier’s schedule depending on the neighborhood. If you have any questions about the status of your order, feel free to contact us.
What are the delivery options from the Tavex online store?

What is the delivery price?
Delivery costs are calculated as follows:
- Fixed cost for home address delivery: 630 RSD
- Fixed cost for delivery to parcel lockers/shop: 590 RSD
With any delivery option you choose, there are “Other logistical costs” amounting to 1% of the total value of your shipment, in order to cover logistical expenses such as insurance, fuel costs, and others.
If the shipment contains silver products, VAT is calculated on the price of the silver product along with shipping costs and additional logistical expenses for the entire package.”
In what packaging will I receive my shipment?
The coins are always placed in special protective capsules, and the gold bars – in a vacuum package. Upon delivery to the address or office of a courier, the products are also transported in specially made transport packages, placed in an envelope with its own serial number, by the courier.

Do you deliver outside Serbia?
No, we deliver only within the country.
Is there a cash-on-delivery review option?
No.
In order to avoid fraud and increase your security when receiving the product, we do not offer the “Review and test before payment” service.
Can I return a product?
No, but you can sell it back to us.
The prices of investment products depend on the fluctuations of the financial markets and are beyond the control of Tavex.
Purchased products cannot be returned to the purchase price.
Because you are buying a liquid investment product, you can sell it to any precious metal dealer.
