With regards to our business expansion in Serbia, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist, with the following main responsibilities:
- Execute transactions involving gold and silver products;
- Assist in the online order process;
- Complete and organize transaction paperwork in line with standards;
- Maintain accurate records for cash and product inventory;
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and external partners;
- Handle incoming calls, providing information and assistance;
- Work with numbers and database analysis.
